We recently achieved a milestone by submitting “preliminary” plans to a structural engineering firm for them to quote a proposal of services. The proposal now received and the number is completely acceptable. So we are off to the races? By this coming Monday we hope to submit final Architectural plans and pay the down payment.
Write down what you want, need, etc. Begin to sketch it out.
